Project Overview & The Core Philosophy

Designed by SQUARE, the Urban Lake sales office was conceived with a simple yet profound architectural philosophy: let nature lead. For this commercial space, our objective was to create an environment where the architecture intentionally steps back, allowing the natural surroundings to take center stage. This approach to experiential commercial design ensures that visitors feel an immediate, calming connection to the landscape the moment they arrive, setting the perfect tone for the wider residential development.

Water as the Architectural Anchor

In the context of the Urban Lake project, water serves as the primary spatial anchor. It acts as the quiet constant throughout the site, conceptually completing life's circle and providing a serene focal point. By seamlessly integrating water bodies directly into our spatial planning, the sales office blurs the boundary between the built structure and the natural world, offering visitors a tranquil, immersive waterfront experience.

Experiential Design: Sunlight, Reflections, and Greenery

Rather than relying on heavy structural ornamentation, the true defining elements of this space are intangible. The architectural layout is meticulously calibrated to harness natural sunlight, capturing dynamic reflections off the water and highlighting the lush, integrated greenery.
