The Kolkata home adopts a compact footprint (350 square metres), deliberately minimizing built circulation. This enabled us to incorporate a large lawn and a paved poolside plaza—creating welcoming outdoor spaces that are generous in scale while allowing a deep connection between the built and unbuilt. Each living space opens either visually or physically to the surrounding landscape, ensuring natural light, framed views and ventilation throughout every volume.
